A big congratulations to our Head Research Lab Technician, Nick Foot, who got married this year on 2nd August at The Stables in Norfolk to his wife, Kim.

Nick says: “Kim and I met at high school just outside Norwich, where we grew up, and were part of the same friendship group but began dating after we finished university. We lived in Reading for a while before moving to Cambridge in 2019 and then finally settling in Bury St Edmunds with our cocker spaniel, Zuko.

“The wedding day itself went off without any trouble. Kim made the decorations herself and also made the cake herself, with her sister-in-law decorating. The speeches were a highlight with my new father-in-law making several ‘Foot’ related puns. We also had fun with some mini-golf on the day, where Kim was victorious.”
